Transport to Rossendale Borough Council Committee Meetings

From January 2007, we have teamed up with Rossendale Borough Council to provide an extension to our County Rider Service to operate a shuttle bus service to the council's committee meetings at Hardmans Mill at New Hall Hey just outside Rawtenstall Town Centre.

From upto 30 minutes before each meeting a County Rider bus will be providing a shuttle service between Rawtenstall Bus Station (STAND E) and Hardmans Mill for just a small charge of £1.00 per person (the usual concessions will apply for NoWcard passholders)

To Use this service

Anyone can use this service, just turn up at Rawtenstall Bus Station (STAND E) and between the times shown below and a bus will be available. The bus will operate on an ad-hoc basis and will simply shuttle between the Bus Station and Harman's Mill as an when required. The longest you'll have to wait will be the few minutes it takes the bus to go there and back!

Just pay a pound to the driver, he'll give you a ticket and take you round to New Hall Hey!
